Snapfish retail app continues to expand the customer personalized experience with access to account features like Order History, Saved Projects, Notifications, and Photo Source options.

• Group sections by family
• Determine the different states of affairs
• Order of priority
Framework
Here's how this new user account experience will fit in the existing framework model.
It came down to two solid direction best for both usability and brand.
We gave users task to complete and score their experience from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest).

We deployed Direction 1 with some modifications based on our findings. The launch went off without a hitch! Given the complexity of the project from the backend standpoint, an amazing feat to our engineers for making this happen.
